The American Canyon Fire Protection Board of Directors, at its November 19, 2025 meeting, adopted Ordinance No. 2025-02(PDF, 422KB), adopting by reference the 2025 edition of California Regulations Title 24, Part 9, and the related model codes with appendices and amendments identified herein through express findings of local necessity; repealing all conflicting ordinances and portions of ordinances; and adopting the new ordinance of the District along with the 2025 edition of the California Building Standards Code. This Ordinance shall be in effect on December 21, 2025.
