The American Canyon Fire Protection District is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as our next Fire Administration Division Manager.

Reporting to the Fire Chief, this key leadership position directs and oversees the District’s administrative operations, including finance and budgeting, human resources, Board Clerk functions, payroll, purchasing and accounting, contract and grant administration, and special projects. The position also provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Fire Chief.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and resourceful professional with strong communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently while building effective relationships with District staff, Board members, outside agencies, consultants, and the community.

Salary: $119,546.04 – $145,303.39 annually
